Create a project
A few fields, and the project is ready to receive its files.

Open the project list
It is the home page of the application. The search field at the top searches names, cities and phases.

Click Create a project
Only the name is required. City and phase are optional, but they make search useful as soon as projects multiply.

Open the project
The dashboard appears, with counters and recent activity.
What is created automatically
Two folders appear in Explorer, recognisable by their padlock:

They cannot be renamed, moved or deleted, and remain visible to every project member.
The dashboard
It gathers the project counters — files, folders, open issues and members — the company storage usage, recent files and activity.

Storage is shared across the whole company, all projects together. An empty project uses none of it, but it can still hit a limit reached elsewhere.
Project details
In the project settings you can edit the name, address and phase, and keep a shared notepad supporting headings, lists, bold, italic and links.
If the page opens read-only, your group is not allowed to edit project settings.
Deleting a project

Deleting a project is irreversible: it removes files, models, issues, approvals and history. You must retype the exact project name to confirm.
