Invite Members
Collaborate with your entire team — unlimited users included.
Aleva does not charge per user. You can invite as many collaborators as needed to your projects at no extra cost.
Available Roles
| Role | Permissions |
|---|---|
| Admin | Full access: member management, project settings, file deletion, all features. |
| Editor | Upload, edit and comment. Create BCF topics. Cannot manage members. |
| Viewer | View only. Can view models, files and BCF topics. No modifications. |
How to invite a member

Open project settings
Click the Settings icon in the project, then navigate to Members.

Enter the email address
Enter the collaborator's email. New users will receive an invitation email to create an account.

Assign a role
Select the appropriate role from the dropdown. Roles can be changed at any time.

Assign the Viewer role to clients and contractors who only need to consult documents.
